Drones do not Appear to Complete Tasks

Something important to be aware of with drones, is that if a destination of a drone's task is full of any of what it is assigned to carry, it will cease to perform any of its tasks. Should you notice a drone is not performing any tasks and it has sufficient water, you should check to see if that might be why it is not operating.
